Neko originally exsisted in a Book of Fairy Tales as the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland. Until the distortion of his world dragged him out of the story. He is said to have the ability to grant your hearts greatest desires IF you can grab his paw shaped scarf. His own greatest wish is to return to his own story world as a normal Red Cat instead of a Human Cat half.
